Patrick McKamey provided me with excellent representation getting my DUI with a breath alcohol level of .226 dropped to reckless driving. Candace hired the Law Offices of Patrick R. McKamey to represent her after her arrest for DUI. Following her arrest, she consented to a breathalyzer and blew a .226 and .225, thereby making her ineligible for the diversion program. Mr. McKamey was able to resolve the case in a negotiated settlement (based on mitigating factors), resulting in the DUI being dropped and client received a Withhold of adjudication for Reckless Driving and probation.
